I've been puttering around in kitchens since I could press the buttons on a microwave.
And really, the best food I've made has come from easy recipes and unfussy ingredients. I certainly don't have the patience for highly complex dishes or the motivation to spend money on specialized ingredients.
So I won’t assume that you do.
I’m vegan.
But that doesn't mean that my food isn't satisfying and enjoyable for everyone.
My recipes will make you think, “This is delicious! It’s vegan? And gluten-free?”
And gluten-free.
But I don't mess with obscure gums and powders and such.
I bow down to the pre-made gluten-free baking mixes with zero shame.
Less fluff. More food.

No supposed-to-be-inspiring background stories or assumed-to-be-interesting histories of
dishes and ingredients for you to skip through.
I won’t collect virtual dust in your Pinterest boards.
Who doesn't save those gorgeous (but intense) recipes with the aspiration of making them? But, who actually makes them?
Aside from looking damn delicious, my recipes will be straightforward and simple, so that you'll feel like you can actually make it too!
